Burns & Beyond Festival

In January 2020, the Scottish project partners of Culture United organized an education program around the festival 'Burns and Beyond' celebrating Robert Burns (Scotland's most famous poet). Four Edinburgh primary schools joined the "Burns and Beyond" festival with performances in art, visual art, spoken word, singing, and drama. It meant intensive cooperation between two disciplines in the city council: Culture & Events and Education, which resulted in success!
